All sales are final. We are not able to cancel orders.

All items are ready for immediate shipment from our facility.

Orders will be processed within 3 business days. Please allow an additional 3-10 days for delivery from time you receive shipment information.

You will receive an email with tracking when your order has been shipped.



We ship domestic and worldwide using UPS and FedEx.

Shipping to the USA is complimentary. 

Shipping to all other countries and territories outside of the domestic United States begins at $30. International customers are responsible for paying the respective duties and tariffs for their region. We require international customers to supply a valid mobile phone number to pass customs.

Unclaimed international packages or packages that fail to have their duties paid will be returned to our facility. The original shipment cost, and the cost to return the package a back to us will be subtracted from your refund. Customers will be refunded the remaining amount after these costs. We work closely with international couriers to make sure you can get your package as fast and efficiently as possible.


All sales are final. No cancellations, returns, or refunds. If you were sent the wrong item, please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your order at info@plessume.com


Exchanges are currently only offered to customers within the United States. This is an option for customers who need a different size than what they originally ordered. We only offer exchanges for in-stock products. There is a flat fee of $20 to cover shipping expenses. 


We accept most major credit cards in addition to PayPal and Afterpay. Please note that payments are subject to verification and orders may be canceled if we flag your order as a high fraud risk.


We require the customers billing and shipping address to match the credit card used to checkout. Your order is subject to cancellation if your order is flagged as possible fraud.
